Ravelympics Day 13: Almost Done

Almost done with toy #3!
This little sleepy puppy just needs a knit accessory from me before it is completed.

He's awfully cute, isn't he?

He reminds me very much of the pound puppies they sold when I was a little kid.

That is amazing. You are almost done. So is he getting a bling bling dog collar? Or a sweater?

Awww, now he's just too cute! :)

I made those for my kids for christmas! I thought the puppies are the cutest, but alas, they are not played with. Maybe they'll come around :)

I'm amazed at the cute toys you are knitting. I want them for myself. Guess I need to buy yet another book and get knitting!

This is one of my favourite toys from Itty-Bitty Toys! I have been meaning to make it for my daughter, she loves wrapping things up and put them to bed under a blanket. Your little girl is so lucky to have such an amazing mum!

He looks eminently cuddle-able. Lovely work, as always!

oh super cute indeed!

Is it me, or is just about everyone knitting little kritters right now? Is it a seasonal thing? I have only been an avid knitter since March of 09. I'm wondering if this is a normal knitter cycle. Since winter is nearing an end, no one wants to make sweaters/hats/scarves, but it isn't quite spring/summer yet, so everyone turns to toys? It seems to be a theme everwhere I turn.
