Thanks Alana for answering my question on becoming a knitwear designer. I especially found helpful what you said about learning from the projects that you knit. That is so true, I learn alot from the things I knit. I will start playing with yarn and see where it takes me, as well as, taking classes. Looking forward to getting a copy of Botanical Knits. FYI - I pinned pics of the projects onto my Pinterest board - knitting.

Alana, I really appreciate your taking the time to answer my question about knitting my first "real" sweater. I have decided to begin with Entangled Vines, then move on to Twigs and Willows. I will be waiting with great anticipation to preorder this book! Enjoy your break, and thanks for all the fabulous knitting inspiration you provide!

Thanks again for including my knitting story, Alana! And I LOVED hearing about all your new designs. I can't wait to get my copy of the book. Your podcast will be sorely missed until June!

Yup, I'll be a preorder person and, since I am going to Stitches West for the first time ever (YAY!) hope to complete a project in time to strut it at the NNK booth.

Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait, etc.!!!!!

Your descriptions of all the projects definitely put this book into my "must buy" column.

You've done some really outstanding projects this past year. Congratulations.

Alana, I am a brand new listener as of last week, and I definitely share your affinity for leaves and green! I am always looking for knitting and crochet patterns inspired by nature, and now I have found the perfect book. I can't wait to order my copy!
