ReplyDeleteI loved listening to you and Hannah talk about Rheinbeck. We were there this summer, and even without sheep and wool, it was a magical place. I'm envious of your trip! I also loved hearing Donna read the excerpt from her book. I wonder how many of us share those treasured memories of learning to knit with our grandmothers. .....and of wearing their creations.
ReplyDeleteThanks for a great listen!

Your podcast is a wonderful conduit of connection in the knitting community. Taking time and care to share field trips (Wool Festival fun), relationships felted together in fiber (Hannah Fettig, your daughter, the Ravelry Meetup) and of course personal stories (Donna's wonderful narrative) gives us, your listeners a sense of belonging, of extended community, and of recognition. Thank you - and I look forward to the next episode.
