ReplyDeleteBeautiful projects and such a sweet book!
ReplyDeleteI'd love to win a copy of this book! I think the bird in the egg is adorable.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous example of a toy and learning project to share with a child! There should be plenty of time for even a slower, time-crunched knitter such as myself to get one of these cute chickies completed in time for spring. My five young children would love to explore and manipulate this handknit bird, nest and egg as they learn about birds, their lifecycles, and the art of hand-knit items. With 4 girls, one of them is bound to be a knitter in time; this should certainly entice them!!
ReplyDeleteOh my...I must have a copy of this book. It has been on my wish list for months...even before it came out in print.
