I've never used The Fibre Company yarns. They look lovely. It's too bad the wonderful prizes could be broken up into smaller giveaways so more people would have the chance to win and try out their yarn. Thanks for another great show and contest.

I have some Road to China Light in Dark Amethyst but I haven't used it - it is currently classified as too precious to knit. This year my goal is to use some of my "precious" & this is on the list.

There is no way I can pick a favorite color, they are all gorgeous. If you forced my hand, Terra Beet.

If I had the money, I would use Fibre Co. yarns in half my projects. Terra is an amazing yarn though my favorite green colorway was discontinued from what I can tell. I have a couple skeins if knightsbridge stashed away that have been too precious to knit up. I wish they'd find a way to bring it back. Although I prefer jewel tones, whenever I see these yarns in person I'm surprised at how willing I am to use any shade in their palette.

Great interview - they seem like really fun people! I haven't used any of the Fiber Co's yarns but I do have one little lonely skein of Terra in my stash (I am sure it would love having company :). I bought it over 5 years ago when my husband and I were taking a "babymoon" in Portland, ME and walked all the way out to The Fiber Co's warehouse. I thought it was a yarn store and was surprised to walk in and see a group of people having a meeting. They kindly sold me some yarn anyway but it has become one of those "special" skeins that you never find the right project for. It's got to be my oldest stash. It is beautiful though so I hope to find a use for it someday!

The book is gorgeous and so is the yarn. I haven't had the opportunity to try this yarn. Will have to look for it at my LYS.
