In Episode 50 I had the wonderful privilege of interviewing Courtney Kelley and Kate Gagnon-Osborne, the authors and designers behind the book Vintage Modern Knits!

They have kindly provided 2 fabulous prizes for you to enter to win!

Yummilicious yarn--the kind that makes it difficult to choose a favorite(and wander the yarn store for hours debating)--never had the pleasure of knitting with it....yet. Fingers crossed! :)

I haven't used this yarn before but I did see some of the colors of Terra at my LYS the other day and it was gorgeous! Love the green one with bluish specks (sorry, I don't know the name of it!)! Would love to win this! What an amazing giveaway!

OMG, there are so many comments. Maybe I'll get picked. I've used one skein of theirs. Can't remember the name but it was a blend of silk, wool and I loved it. Used it for some edging on a cardigan. Well keeping my fingers crossed.

Sadly it looks like no one in the UK stocks this gorgeous yarn - you are so lucky in the US to have such wonderful yarn producers. I'm always drooling over something gorgeous I've found on line and being disappointed not to be able to find it for sale over here. It would be wonderful to win some though!

I am a relatively new knitter, picking it up after my Grandma taught me as a child. I am loving discovering knitting podcasts and yours was one of the first I tried - I have downloaded ass of the episodes and am working my was through them. I know you are now taking a break but I look forward to your return - hopefully all the backissues will keep me going until then!! I live in the UK so am limited to the amount and tyoe of yarns that you guys have over the pond and would love to win some of the yarn you talked about. I used the Canopy Fingering to knit a Cedar Leaves Shawlette and loved them as a combination. I'd definitely like to try other yarns from them as well (like Terra in Redwood). All the colors are so beautiful.

I have knit with "Road to china, light" It is one of my favorites yarns. I specifically loved it to knit the frukttradgard hat... It took literally one skein! I was so scared that I wasn't going to have enough towards the end and amazed by the fact that it did.
